Credit Cards

Credit Card Transactions are acquired by Netcash (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Card Holders may go to www.netcash.co.za/privacy.asp to view their security policy. Your cardholder statement will reflect a debit by Netcash.

Credit cards need to be issued by a South African bank, if they are not we will need to get special approval to process your credit and will require that you send us more information that we will request via email. Payment via credit cards issued abroad may not be acceptable, each case is reviewed individually.

Credit card details are not kept by the merchant under any circumstances.


Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Direct Deposit

Orders can be paid for via a direct deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer into our bank account.
Inter-bank transfers take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from other banks take up to 48 hours to clear. We accept cheque deposits however; due to fraud control all cheque deposits take 10 working days to clear.

Order confirmation

When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. We do not accept international orders. Only orders from South Africa will be accepted. For international orders please visit www.odaban.com


Shipping And Handling

All orders received shall be processed within 24hrs and dispatched within 24-48hrs on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of ExoPacific CC.

Delivery is done through South African Post Office or Speed Services.

Standard shipping rate and handling is included in the purchase price of R229, delivery within 3-5 days via registered parcel to your nominated post office.

Additional charge of R65 for overnight delivery to your nominated post office or P.O. Box or R109 for overnight to door delivery to all the major cities in the country. (Speed Services delivers from Monday to Friday. Items sent on Fridays will be delivered on Monday). Delivery time after products are dispatched.

In the event that a pack is lost in transit due to incorrect address information, ExoPacific CC may choose not to replace or refund the shipment in full. Once dispatched responsibility is placed on the applicable shipping company.


Delivery Schedule

All orders are sent within 2 business days of receiving the order and proof of payment.
All orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
